Shipping Policy


Due to COVID-19 and Holiday Shipping, USPS is experiencing significant delays. Packages are taking longer than expected to be delivered and some packages are not being scanned until delivery. Please be patient with us during this time.  

New Shipping Policy as of 2/22/21:


Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days. The 7-10 days is the time we need to prepare your order for shipping. Shipping adds 3-5 days to the delivery window (these are estimates only). Business days are Monday-Friday.  

Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier (USPS). Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. 

We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available.

Some products, particularly preorders, have shipping dates listed in the product description. Please read thoroughly prior to ordering. Preorders will begin shipping on the date listed on the product page. 

Default Shipping Speed and Service:

I ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate.​ If your order is over 16 oz (4 or more notebooks) it will ship priority mail. 


Lost Packages:

Please remember that once Copper and Brass Paper Goods drops off your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in USPS's hands. 

If you fear your package is lost please contact USPS. Copper and Brass Paper Goods is unable to open any USPS cases for you that is the buyer's responsibility. You may contact Copper and Brass Paper Goods for assistance, but we are not responsible for the lost merchandise. 

                                        Address Changes:

Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.  

Return & Refund Policy


Copper and Brass Paper Goods values its customers; however, we do not

accept returns. Copper and Brass Paper Goods also does not issue refunds.
