SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order volumes fluctuate; however, most of our orders typically ship within 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the day it was placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available. Please note: These are estimates only.
Some products, particularly preorders, have shipping dates listed in the product description. Please read thoroughly prior to ordering. Preorders will begin shipping on the date listed on the product page.
Default Shipping Speed and Service:
I ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate.
Shipping Speed Upgrade and Insurance:
Upgraded shipping speeds and insurance are available upon request.
Please remember that once Copper and Brass Paper Goods drops off your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in USPS's hands.
If you fear your package is lost please contact USPS. Copper and Brass Paper Goods is unable to open any USPS cases for you, that is the buyer's responsibility. You may contact Copper and Brass Paper Goods for assistance, but we are not responsible for the lost merchandise. If you did not purchase insurance we cannot replace your items.
