Frequently Asked Question 

  • Do you accept custom product and design orders?
    Yes, we accept custom orders occasionally, with an upfront $125 design fee and minimum order quantities. Please email us at sales@copperandbrass.net to discuss custom orders. After our initial email, we will send you a Calendly link to schedule a conference call.
  • Can you share your vendor information?
    Copper and Brass Paper Goods respects our proprietary information and wishes to keep this information confidential.
  • Why isn't my tracking information updated after receiving a label creation email?
    USPS tracking can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update. Often, your order is on the way, but USPS staff may have forgotten to scan the package. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.
  • My package has been lost or stolen, what should I do?
    If your package was marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office. Once a package leaves Copper and Brass Paper Goods, it is the carrier's responsibility. Please handle lost/stolen package claims directly with the carrier as per our shipping policy.
  • Do you offer wholesale options?
    Yes, we offer wholesale on most items. Please email us at sales@copperandbrass.net for more details.
  • What should I do if I don't receive a response to my email?
    Our typical turnaround time for emails is 24-48 hours. If you don't hear back, please reach out again. Emails are answered during business hours Monday-Friday. Sending multiple emails can slow down our response time, so please send only one email with your concerns.
  • How do I make an adjustment, edit, or cancel my order?
    Once an order has been placed it is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or edited.
  • Can multiple orders placed in one day be combined?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders, and shipping will be charged for each separate order.

Our Customer Service team is in the office Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 EST. Please note that orders will NOT be processed during weekends or holidays. Emails will only be answered during business hours.
